The term “algae” covers both macro- and microalgae. Macroalgae can be seen with the naked eye and are commonly known as seaweeds. Microalgae are single-celled organisms and thus not or hardly visible to the naked eye.

Some of our product are Organic certified, but not all of them. Please refer to the spec sheets of your desired product to get more information about its certifications.

Algae are characterized by a multitude of ingredients. These include proteins, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and pigments. You are welcome to learn more about the specific characteristics and ingredients of the various algae on the corresponding product pages.

You can easily order via our website. Select the type of algae you want and add it to your cart. You will then be guided step by step through our ordering system.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to accept phone orders.

It is not necessary to create a customer account, but it offers some advantages, such as a simpler overview for multiple orders and an order history.

Yes, it is possible to change the delivery address of an already confirmed order if it has not yet left the warehouse.

After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, the invoice and if available, a tracking number for the tracking of your order.

Payment

We accept advance payment and payment on account.

When ordering via advance payment you will receive your invoice immediately with the order confirmation. When ordering on account, the invoice will be sent with the shipment of the goods.

Delivery

The shipping costs are derived from the size of your order. Depending on how large the quantity is and how far the distance is, the shipping costs are calculated accordingly.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to find a suitable solution.

As a matter of principle, we do not refund undamaged items. If we have made a mistake, or the goods arrive damaged, we will of course take care of a refund. It is important to us to have a good carbon footprint. Therefore, we try to reduce the amount of deliveries to a minimum. It is important to us to do our best from the beginning to avoid unnecessary deliveries.

The article is suitable for refund if there is a fault on our part. This means in concrete terms that if the quantity or type of the article does not correspond to what was stated in the confirmation e-mail, or if the product itself was damaged during delivery.
